I recently toured an intriguing teardrop camper called the inTech Lunar Rover. As a teardrop fan who loves snooping inside unique campers, I had to check out this futuristic-looking option with some unexpected features packed into its 15 ft 6 in length frame.

This is my review of the Luna Rover made by inTech RV.

Size & Windows

The Lunar Rover is on the mid-side for a teardrop, but its massive front window makes the interior feel deceptively spacious. Good windows are a top priority for me in small campers, and this one delivers. The only downside is that the huge front window doesn’t open.

Build Quality

When evaluating any camper, the quality of the construction should be the number one consideration. Although it’s difficult to fully assess from a video tour, the Lunar Rover appears solidly built with attention to detail. The components and finishes impressed me.

Features & Design

This teardrop camper squeezes in some unusual features like ambient blue lighting, a kitchen sink larger than expected, a fireplace, and even a cassette toilet. The foldable cushions allow the seating to convert into a bed, which is a clever dual-purpose design popular in other small campers too. There is also adequate storage with cabinets, some secretly hiding the toilet.

Comparison

The well-designed use of space allows the Lunar Rover to feel roomier than its size would indicate. It seems to compare favorably to other compact teardrop trailers like the Little Guy Shadow.

inTech Luna Rover Review Conclusion

With its unique look and functional layout, the inTech Lunar Rover brings some welcome innovations to the small teardrop category. It is quality construction and unexpected features make this a teardrop camper I’ll remember. For teardrop shoppers seeking a futuristic twist, it deserves a close look!
